Simplifying Lives 2018
Applying border methodologies, the Simplifying Lives project measures the quality of key procedures for citizens and analyzes them from two perspectives: supply (how the bodies responsible for each procedure manage their quality) and demand (what the user experience is like, this means, citizen satisfaction).
