A digital platform where areas, participants, and cultural spaces inform other areas or employees of the Ministry about their activities.
The information is organized into records that can be queried, analyzed, and monitored in real-time. In turn, the different areas feed the platform with content, while a general manager reviews and curates the activities to produce weekly or monthly agendas.
Input data is used to comply with different needs and administrative processes.
